I've spent twenty years at the intersection of technology and human ambition. The through-line has always been the same: find great founders building things that matter, and help them grow — thoughtfully, sustainably, and with genuine care for the people involved.

I've never been the loudest person in the room. I prefer to listen first, understand deeply, and then move fast. That approach has taken me from early-stage startups to some of the most recognisable companies in tech, HR, and legal technology.

Outside of work, I'm a co-organiser of the Getting Real Business Meetup in Vancouver, a founding board member of the Southridge School Alumni Association, and a McGill University alum. I believe that community is the best investment anyone can make.

As a serial investor, I look for the same things I've always looked for in a sales conversation: a founder who truly understands the problem, a market that's ready to shift, and a team that can hold it all together when things get hard.

My investing is personal. I like to be useful — not just a cheque. If I can open a door, make an introduction, or pressure-test a go-to-market strategy, that's the kind of involvement I'm drawn to.
